In 2016 a controversial legislation was handed (Legge 242) dictating that hemp products and solutions with very low amounts of THC, the leading psychoactive part in cannabis, shouldn't be regarded as intoxicants. The regulation was at first conceived to encourage the cultivation with the plant for clothing, luggage and textiles. An ‘unforeseen’
